1. The game

Brand My Match-3 lets visitors swap adjacent tiles and clear groups of three or more matching colors. We may change features, rules, tile colors, public totals, or availability to operate and improve the game.

2. Fair play

Do not interfere with the game, automate gameplay, manipulate global match totals, attack the service, or use the game in a way that harms other players or the service. We may correct, reset, hide, or remove invalid activity when reasonably necessary to protect the game.

3. Brand placements

A color placement is limited to a brand name of up to 20 characters. Logos, artwork, deceptive names, illegal content, and material that infringes another party’s rights are not allowed. You must be authorized to promote the submitted brand and website.

Only the highest valid bid for a color appears in the game. Recorded bids may remain visible in the public bid record even when a later bid becomes higher.

4. Payments

The payment provider, price, taxes, placement rules, payment confirmation, and any refund terms are displayed before payment is accepted. A checkout attempt does not activate a placement unless payment and eligibility checks are confirmed.

5. No performance promise

Game placement, public records, global match totals, visitor counts, and engagement are not promises of impressions, clicks, customers, revenue, or any business result. The game may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued.
